· Communication between staff whether it be within school, transferring to another
primary or into secondary.
· Arranging of visits to new setting.
· Giving guidance and support to parents.
· Passing on of accurate up to date records.
· Passing on of accurate and up to date levels.
· All of the above takes place whether the pupil is moving from class to different
setting both within our county or further afield.
We will ensure that all our pupils have the best possible transition working with parent, pupil and previous education setting education to put into place appropriate support within our school seeking external support if necessary
